We want to support an appreciation in our learners for the relevance and significance of mathematics in the modern world through offering an engaging and rich curriculum.
Maths Curriculum at Inclusion School
We aim to encourage mathematical problem-solving skills, which can be transferred into other aspects of their lives and education, as they view problems as opportunities for new ways of thinking and understanding the world around them and the essential role that maths plays within it.
Adaptable, supportive progress
We understand the varied needs of our learners and adapt our teaching as necessary to support the progress of our learners. We know that everyone learns differently, and at different rates, and we seek to encourage the development of each learner’s aspirations, resilience, confidence and recognise their ability to learn.
