Careers

We would love the opportunity to work more closely with local businesses and organisations. There are many ways you can get involved and support the work of Inclusion.

Can you support our Careers programme?

We know that many of the young people who come to us at Inclusion have had a difficult journey and we work hard across both our school and college settings to reassure them that there are the same career opportunities available for them as in mainstream education.

We are keen to develop relationships with businesses and organisations in our local community to enable us to offer meaningful opportunities for our young people in the world of work. By understanding the range of different careers and possibilities available, we want to expand the horizons of our learners – helping them to appreciate the level of opportunities that are available to them.

As part of our commitment to developing our careers programme we have partnered with the Careers & Enterprise Company (CEC) to support us in meeting the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks. We are proud to work with them, and our Enterprise Advisor to achieve the best careers outcomes for our learners

We are always looking to further develop our links with businesses and employers in the local community in line with Benchmarks 5 and 6. Our aim is to offer our learners a wide range of opportunities including volunteering and work experience placements. We welcome visits from local business representatives, employers and employees to talk about their business, job roles and career experiences.

If you are interested in working with us or wish to discuss anything further please use the contact details below to get in contact. We look forward to hearing from you.
